Rubescens is a perennial herb or subshrub plant of Labiatae, 30-100 cm in height, cylindrical at the base, quadrangular in the upper part, well-developed peduncle, densely tomentose, rhombic or ovoid alternate leaves, pilose and glandular spots on the front, short white villi on the back, serrated blade margin, oval shape, white villi on the back, small veins, slight fragrance, cymes, 3-5 The flower is arranged in a long narrow Panicle on the stem and branch. The calyx is bell shaped, the calyx teeth are 2 / 3 type, 2-lipped, the Corolla is light blue or purplish red, the stamens and styles are protruding, and the nutlet is obovate, triangular, brown and glabrous.
